Admissions Policy

Please note the admission deadline for September 2026 Reception places is Thursday 15th January 2026 and all admissions must be made through Lancashire County Council's website as they are responsible for allocating places.

We welcome in year admissions where we can accommodate them in our school. We always recommend that you have made your child's current school aware that you are looking at alternatives before you make your enquiry with us. We regularly hold open days throughout the year and we are also able to carry out tours at a convenient time. Please get in contact with us if you are interested. 

Please note, we are sometimes listed on the Lancashire's website as 'Walmer Bridge Little Hoole.' Please check carefully when applying and feel free to contact us if you have any further questions. 

Appeals

Should you wish to appeal a refusal of admission please note the following from Lancashire's Pupil Access Team:

Your appeal should be submitted using the link below within twenty days of refusal of admission. The appeal provides you with an opportunity to explain why you wish to register your child at our school. The appeal forms and advice on how to complete them is available on the Lancashire County Council website:
